Refund policy
All sales are final! (Please note, 3.33 BODY reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, and refunds.)
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the consumer must contact Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). Melted moisturizers do not qualify as damaged or defective. Please reference our solutions for melted moisturizers on our FAQ page.
You must return the damaged item to us, as we do not pay for shipping labels. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item.
